What is it made of?
Every product page lists twelve lines. The short version:
- Amber Fruits: 925 sterling silver with two layers of 585 gold plating.
- Pineapple pendant: 925 sterling silver, no plating.
- Sapphire studs: solid 585 white gold, no plating.
Stones are natural Baltic amber or natural sapphire. Neither is synthetic.
The silver and gold are independently hallmarked. Hallmarks verify metal purity, not stones or workmanship.
Is it solid gold?
Not the amber pieces. They are 925 sterling silver with two layers of 585 gold plating. Only the sapphire studs are solid 585 white gold. We never call plating solid gold.
Who made it?
A small atelier in Northern Europe. The person who finishes a piece signs its certificate.
Where does the amber come from?
The Baltic region. It is natural amber, not reconstituted or pressed. Inclusions and tone vary from piece to piece.
Will the gold plating wear?
Yes, eventually. Plating is a finish, not solid metal. Perfume, chlorine and friction shorten its life. We re-plate as a paid repair.
What if it is wrong?
All sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged or does not match its specification, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. We repair, replace or refund it.
Can I return a piece?
No. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Check the specification and the size before you order.
Is there a warranty?
No. We do not offer a warranty. The specification is what we stand behind. Damage on arrival and misdescription are covered by the 48-hour remedy above.
How long until it ships?
In-stock pieces leave in 2–3 business days. The ring is made to order in 10–14 business days. Transit is 3–7 business days.
How much is shipping?
$39 for tracked international shipping. Free on orders over $700. We ship worldwide except the EU and UK.
Are duties and taxes included?
No. Prices are in USD and exclude duties and import taxes. Any charge is payable on delivery.
Do you discount?
No seasonal sales, promo codes or countdowns. One price, set on material and handwork. Sets are packed together, not discounted.
Is there a certificate?
Yes. A numbered certificate covers the material and the measurements. A care card explains how to keep the piece.
What ring sizes do you make?
US sizes 5 to 9, made to order. Add your size in the order notes. Rings are final sale, so measure before ordering.
